Liked the place, had a really good stay on a business trip. I booked queen room with bedroom, microwave, separate televisions. Everything was simply excellent.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay at least on the weekend.

Stayed here for 2 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable location as close to everything as I had expected. Good choice of food for breakfast including yogurt, hot chocolate, cereal, cookies and pastries.

Fairly clean, fancy hotel, decent value. Decent food in the traditional restaurant was the best part. It was ideally located, easy to move around. And I was close to eating places.

The staff where best and decent made my stay enjoyable. They provided variety of good choices for breakfast that was included.

The staff was very frendly and the location was very pretty - altogether an exceptional experience. Room had a luxury bathroom that we liked. Having different soft drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

Fab location; generous breakfast; excellent friendly staff. Our room was accommodating, we liked it. The bathroom was luxurious, nonetheless the view was quite bad.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

This is surely the best smoke-free hotel, polite staff, relaxing rooms. The location is perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Tennessee Legend Distillery.

The hotel is fabulous, very good value for money, has impeccable location right by Pigeon Forge, the sidewalk.

Hospitable hotel, the staff was supporting, attentive service. The room was great-sized and the bed was good. Quiet garden and excellent pool. Moreover, we were able to park on-site. The property was ideally located. Food in the Irish bar was fantastic...

Perfect location, bright room, outstanding staff, I loved it. Rooms with three beds, balconies and a refrigerator. Also, wilderness the smokies was just a short distance away.

My stay was decent, I loved that it was clean throughout, with perfect views and brilliant lovation near to the Parkway, the interstate.

Decent location, very good value for money. Absolutely stunning and relaxing room, we spent our time lovely. Really ideally located hotel. Besides, it was so close to the interstate and the Parkway. The view from our room was superior.

Extraordinary service-minded staff, double superior room, outstanding food. I loved the room, the bed was spacious. The breakfast had plenty of options: fresh bread, fresh fruit, tea, cereal and eggs. Very good value for money and impeccable service.

Location is favourable, spacious room, bed is comfy. Early check-in, CONSIDERABLE stuff.

Had the best stay here. I loved that the hotel was unique and clean. Room had a marble bathroom and blackout drapes and nice wooden floor. The staff was always available at any hour and was COOL from morning till night. The venue was in a remote location.

Didn't like the area, it was very dangerous.

Room was exceptionally good, I liked a strategic location and absolutely excellent staff. Fabulous view, a little balcony, fine bed, too. The breakfast had lots of decent options, and was lovely. Fast check out too. Premium gins, brandies, soft drinks and tea in the snack bar, secure parking place.

Excellant base for a 1-night stay. The breakfast was hot - eggs, cookies and hot waffles.

The beds are super, and the breakfast is hot. Loved a small kitchenette we had in the room👍😃

lots of options for breakfast including cookies, cereal, fruit, eggs and hot waffles. furthermore, parking on site was a bonus.
